HTC Events: Our Story

We, as HTC Events, were established in 2004 as a meeting and event planning company in Istanbul, Turkey. We mainly expertized on team building events for corporate and incentive groups, providing services to Forbes 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Mercedes, Ford, and several others. We have grown our business to Europe, and provided services to many European companies, both in and out of the continent. Consequently, we have held a big share of the market and became a major leader in the industry since then.

In those years we received multiple inquiries from US firms, to organize their team building events in their country. We said yes! This led to a big jump and we decided to expand our business to a new continent, to “home of the brave”. Now we established our second region in the USA, with headquarters in New York City and we are ready to serve any company in the USA.

We simply do “team building”.

We invested in our programs over many years, as well as we did in our facilitators. To support sustainable business around the world, we always hired local staff to maintain the local experience and we put great effort on establishing our own manner of facilitation by way of our train the trainer programs. Now we have an incredible network of team building facilitators worldwide, and it keeps growing each day.

We inspire and develop.

We not only infuse team spirit in our events, but we also learn and get inspired by the event participants both on the company and individual basis. Our job is completely human-driven and depends basically on communication, and this is the way how we teach and learn.
